Date, Username, Freelancer name, Contract, Memo, Type, Total hours, Manual hours, Total charges, Manual charges. Dedup key: date|username|contract|charges. Estimates CSV columns: Date, Talent name, Contract title, Hours (in decimals), Charge. Estimates matched by date|talent|contract are updated in place; estimate rows for a billing week are removed when matching actuals arrive.
